Puppy Smart Start
Group training classes for puppies 7-14 weeks of age. This is a critical time at which pups need to be socialized in a safe and positive environment.
Class covers: errorless housetraining, crate training, play biting, jumping, walking on a loose leash, sit, stand, down, come, overall body handling, and supervised play periods (important for learning bite inhibition and good social skills).
Prerequisites: First shots 7 days prior to class, negative stool check, flea/tick preventative, K-9 kennel cough (consult your vet).
To register: Classes are held on Saturday mornings. Please call 815-885-2170 for registration.
When you come to class: Please bring with you a copy of your dog's vaccination records, a regular leash (no flexi leads) and collar (no prong or choke collars) and small, tasty treats!

Group training for more advanced dogs! We add distance, duration, and distractions to exercises in this class! Lots of fun for dogs and dog parents!
Class covers: Recalls, take it/leave it, off leash exercises and lots of games!
Prerequisites: Completion of Round 1 (or pre-approval of trainer). Dogs must be current on all vaccinations including K-9 kennel cough, flea & tick preventative, and negative fecal.
